This looks fantastic. It links to a slightly more meta-project I've worked on for Brent LSCB on using digital media content creation as an opportunity to explore citizenship and safety issues online.
It could fit in well with a personal development programme. I've written up the first parts of it in this post:

Hi Tim - that model fits very nicely. Its good to see ideas moving towards opportunities for personal development. Also great to see other things that can potentially be integrated into an overall programme. Still got to work out the best methods for sharing, collating, collaborating etc. but will get to that in time!
